Refund & Cancellations

Refund Policy:
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, we will gladly accept items for a refund within the first 30 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in a saleable condition. Most refunds will require that the product be sent back to our facility if it has been shipped, but if it's not possible to ship the item back to our facility you may be eligible for a 50% refund, which will be credited back to the credit/debit card used to purchase the items.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit and ONLY if we're unable to replace the said item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that doesn't violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate and return or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Unwavering Beauty is not responsible for confiscated or undeliverable goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at support@unwaveringbeauty.com including a photo of the item and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
